Delicious Chunky Chilli Oil 120g

Asian inspired Delicious Chunky Chilli Oil. A simple yet delicious combination of chunky chilli flakes, super savoury soy sauce and rapeseed oil!

Using the delicious, fermented chilli chunks we sieve from our HATARI chilli sauces... This means no delicious chilli bits are left behind and ensures we create NO WASTE while processing our sauces! Sustainability is at the heart of what we do here at HATARI and our delicious chunky chillies in oil are NO exception!

We then sizzle these rescued chilli flakes in British rapeseed oil and add a bit of savoury soy sauce. Why? Because it creates amazing, spicy and umami (savoury) flavours. This condiment is a must have for dipping, drizzling or simply glugging as it really is addictive!

Best served on Asian inspired cuisine, as a dipping sauce for spring rolls and gyoza. This chunky chilli oil tastes amazing drizzled on noodles, pasta and pizzas for instance. Try serving as a dipping sauce with sourdough bread as a starter or try this delicious chunky chilli oil as a fantastic pairing with cheeses and cold meats, in sandwhiches or on a cheeseboard.
