Pure fermented Aji chillies and just to clarify: no mixing and no messing! A mellow yet sparkly heat and oh so much flavour!

The humble Aji Chilli is wonderfully fruity and citrussy and brings sparkle and flavour to all your favourite foods! Made with an amazing variety of Aji chilli which first originated from South America. In addition it was this very chilli that inspired us to start a chilli sauce company. We couldnt keep it a secret and wanted everyone to enjoy its fantastic flavours too!

Try this delicious Mellow Aji Chilli Pot to add sparkle and flavour to your favourite salad dressings and sauces. Above all enjoyed slathered on a cheese sandwhich or as a great addition to a cheeseboard!
